Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the U.S. only and ship all our packages via FedEx Ground - Any orders exceeding 10 boxes may be shipped via Freight.
Your order will ship within 24-48 hours of  standard business hours. (Holiday timing may affect these hours)
In the case of any inventory issues we will personally email or contact you via phone.

Privacy & Security
We do not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. 
When you save your information for your order, we only collect your information to process your order.

Returns & Replacements
In the incident of returns or exchanges customers must pay for shipping and handling and an additional 10% restocking fee.
In the incident of an erroneous shipment please give us a notice within 7-days of the delivery date and we will gladly ship you the correct products free of charge. - Original products must be shipped back to us with collect shipping or we will process the order as a purchase.

Online payments will be processed within 24 business hours. The shipping process will begin once the payment is successful.
Orders in cart are not finalized until the purchaser chooses the "PLACE ORDER" option in step 6 of the checkout process.
If there's any issues made with the placed order please contact us within 1 hour of the order. All sales after that are final.

Payment & Pricing 
We currently accept payments made via credit card or money order.
Please contact us for the possibility of COD or mail-in check options.

Account Information
We will never ask for your account password. Please do not share your password with anyone.
We will not access nor change any information stored on your account.
